I am the owner of the Tzaneen Country Lodge for the past 20 years.
I am affiliated with tourism associations SATSA, Fedhasa for 20 years. I served as the Chairperson of SATSA Limpopo for 10 years. I was the Sanlam Business Partners Entrepreneur of the year in 2014. I won the business of the year award in 2013. I also belong to an organization called “Women in Tourism”

I think one should take a step back, and think about how did you think when you started your business. It is not going to be easy to rebuild trust in travelers, and one should think about it as you would have when starting a hotel or any other travel business.
