I am currently working as a private Consultant doubling as a Commercial Hospitality Coach, trainer in Customer Service offering professional Events & Congress expertise.
I have Over 35 years experience in hospitality with specialization in the Commercial Department working in Sales, Conference & Events Sales and directly with Reservations and Revenue Management.
In addition, I have been a member of the SKAL Kenya Nairobi Club for 13 years and have held official positions which include National Secretary (2019 – Current), Vice Congress Chair and Chief Coordinator for the SKAL International World Congress 2018 held in Mombasa, Kenya, Club President for SKAL Kenya Nairobi Club (2015 & 2016).
I have been involved in providing expert guidance in family events which include Event planning/organizing of a 3 day wedding in Namibia and a tradition ceremony in Lusaka, Zambia.
We need push towards Restoring Travel and Hospitality to return back jobs that positively impact all livelihoods.
