Our company has been in the travel & tourism business since 1986, serving the wholesale and the retail segments thru our two separate divisions, TransEagle Vacations, as a wholesaler tour operator, and TransEagle Travel & Tours, taking care of the retail business.
During the years we’ve been in business we have signed contracts with several service providers worldwide, allowing us to offer services to all continents. Among the different departments within our organization, we count with a Leisure Dept., Corporate Dept., Groups Dept., MICE Dept., and can handle any individual, Group, or MICE/Corporate request received from our vast client’s portfolio. We try to constantly innovate our marketing strategies since the tourism industry keeps evolving, posting different challenges in the day to day operations, demonstrating that the only way to succeed is by innovating according to the market trends.
As indicated above, our role is to keep an eye on how the market is reacting to every single situation and make decisions according to the challenges we’re facing at each specific situation.
Since our business travels tourism, our policy is to continue motivating our clients to keep dreaming with their next destination, regardless of what’s going on at the present time, and asking them to support the industry by postponing their travel dates instead of canceling their reservation, and in that same mode, offering them added values and perks should they keep their reservations open for future travel dates. It’s been working fine so far, so we will continue working on it as long as necessary.
