I have been a part of the New 2021 celebration on-line first time with WTN and it was gorgeous! The presentations I saw made me feel so much united with all my colleagues around the world. We are a young Sochi Association of Tour Guides. I am it’s President. We are so eager to learn from our colleagues, to know about best practices, new trends, and technologies. With the COVID situation in mind, I clearly understand that the world will never be the same, but people and their desire to travel will remain the same. So we all will need new approaches to the so-called “new normality” and other professionals’ experience could be invigorating and inspiring for us.
