Healing Hotels of the World is the only global hospitality brand in existence focused on health and
healing excellence. In addition to extensive consulting services, we curate two collections of 90+
carefully chosen member hotels in thirty five countries across five continents.
For the past 15 years, we’ve been at the forefront of the holistic healing movement—turning our extensive healing and hospitality knowledge into actionable wisdom. We continually blaze new trails; creating definitive standards for healing excellence in an ever evolving world of awakening and shifting values.
STATE OF THE INDUSTRY
Before the pandemic, wellness travel was growing twice as fast as normal tourism and wellness
spending was substantially outpacing GDP growth (5.8% vs. 1.1%). Now, the need for health and healing is even stronger than ever before. As the travel industry is resuming its normal course, guests show a strong desire to infuse holistic health and healing in its many forms throughout the experience. Hotels that can credibly cater to this growing demand in its many forms will be able to flourish. The market share of wellness tourism in 2022 is estimated at $817 billion. Industry forecasts* predict an 18% annual growth in spas and health retreats from 2022-2025 and revenue from spas and health retreats in 2025 is set to exceed $151 billion.

Using our Healing Excellence Standards, we look across the entire guest journey to holistically
understand the experience and define areas of excellence and spheres for growth. From this work,

These customizable workshops address specific needs based on the Healing Audits findings.
Sometimes designed for owners and management and at other times developed for the larger team,
these workshops help clarify a differentiated healing vision and unify everyone under the approach.

HEALING SUMMIT
Annually, we host the global HEALING SUMMIT for forward thinking pioneers from across industries
to share different experiences and perspectives on what makes a healing world. We think of the
summits as “Healing in Action”—supporting collaboration, raising awareness, and inspiring change.
Healing Community
We cultivate interconnected networks of healing-focused travel advisors (Healing Luminary Program),
