am a highly accomplished and internationally acclaimed hospitality industry trailblazer, with 40+ years of hotel management experience from the high level executive and operational roles with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel operators and franchisors.

My experience incorporates extensive international business development and marketing, strategic planning, the development and implementation of cross-functional internal training and development programs facilitating industry best practices, P&L managerial oversight, and the creation of HR frameworks supporting outstanding client engagement.

I have recognized for my high professional standards, ability to develop and motivate multicultural teams, plan and execute strategic projects, engage all stakeholders, deliver and maintain effective branding with incisive marketing initiatives and negotiate and maintain key commercial relationships.

My qualifications include current studies for an MBA from the University of Essex, completion of an Executive Leadership Program from the Aspen Institute, and numerous specialist in-house executive training courses. I am multilingual with fluency in Armenian, Arabic, and English languages and can speak conversational French.
