Razan Hawwa is an Above Property Leader and Director of Sales and marketing for the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington/Oakville, ON in Canada.

She has been with the company for almost four years. She has a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and creating a positive work environment.

Razan is a prime example of a manager who presents herself and the hotel with dignity, knowledge, and diplomacy.

Razan graduated from McMaster University with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce. She later went on to complete her Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida Atlantic University. She is also fluent in English and Arabic.

At the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington, ON she has hosted many important people including the President of Croatia the delegation, and Canadian Hockey Team, and the Buffalo Sabres for the Hamilton Classic game.

She is a member of the Toronto SKAL, Burlington, and Oakville Chamber of Commerce, and participates in many events throughout the year.

She is also widely traveled from countries such as Italy, Croatia, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Romania, the United States, Mexico, and many other countries.
