have spent more than 26 years bringing people together through adventure and philanthropic travel and events. Being part of WTN is the perfect place to connect and collaborate. My desire is to create a community.. for clients who have a for connection and adventure, but also with locals from communities around the world that we visit. I am always looking to introduce my clients to people around the world who can share their culture with us– I seek out operators who use the tourism dollars to support philanthropic programs in their communities. I have built a robust social network both on-line and off-line that has come together to do good such as starting a building fund for a school in Peru; helping a local orphanage build rooms in Tanzania, and showing townspeople how to market their crafts in South Africa. In this pandemic world, I am looking to collaborate with others for virtual events.

Steppin’ Out has been creating, organizing, and facilitating adventure travel experiences for clients for over 26 years. The focus of these experiences has been to immerse participants in the culture through interactive experiences with the locals of the country. At the heart of every Steppin’ Out, Adventure experience is the founder and executive director, Robin Richman. Under her direction, a local social club evolved into an event and travel company that expanded into a multi-divisional company serving large corporations, global service trips and programs, and custom events. She has spent more than 26 years serving over 12,000 clients by bringing people together through adventure and philanthropic travel and events. Her deepest desire is to create a community.. for clients with a thirst for connection and adventure as well as for the communities around the world they visit.
